Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made 3 days prior to the arrival. An admin Fee for cancellation will be imposed. Strictly no refund for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the arrival.

Check-in

  • Check-in time is from 3pm on your day of arrival. An early check in is on request basis and subject to availability. We will require a copy of your Identity Card or Passport for registration purposes. Your host will meet you at the lobby to assist with check-in (3pm to 8pm). Please let us know in advance your estimated check-in time.
  • Check-out time is at 12pm. If you wish to extend your stay, please reach your host at least one day prior to check-out date. Extension is subject to availability.

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit of RM300 will be collected before check-in and returned upon an incident free
    check-out.

Maximum occupants

  • Only the specific number of Guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises, unless approved in writing by the host or manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all Guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of RM50 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.

Age Restrictions

  • You must be 21 years of age or older at time of booking in order to reserve this Property.

House Rules

  • Guests shall remove shoes when inside the Property. Do not leave shoes or slippers outside the property or common area.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guest agrees to pay a RM300 Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after check-out.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • No commercial events are allowed on the Property. No vendors are allowed into the Property for commercial activities.
  • No rave or large parties allowed.
  • Guest agrees to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors to the Property and Property furnishings, fixtures, or furniture. Guest agrees to pay for any damage made by guests or visitors that exceeds the
    deposit amount.
  • Illegal substances such as drugs are strictly prohibited and this breach will result in immediate eviction from the Property.
  • Illegal gathering, gambling, drug trafficking, prostitution and any activities that would tarnish the reputation of our
    building and jeopardise residents’ safety are strictly prohibited.
  • Building management has the right to remove occupants or deny entry if occupants are suspected to be
    under influence or operating illegal activities.
  • We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. If garbage disposal is damaged or clogged by guest, guest agrees to be charged to un-clog or install a new garbage disposal.Rubbish is not allowed to be placed anywhere outside the unit.
  • Durians are not permitted in the property.
  • Be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. No refund will be given
    for the unused portion of stay.
  • Kindly switch off air-conditioning before leaving the unit.
  • All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest.
  • Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
  • Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged Guests must observe all rules set by the Building Management or Residence Associations.

Loss of Key cards or Keys

  • Penalty of RM200 will be imposed for loss of key cards/access cards and RM30 for each key.

Entering Premises

  • Host or Host’s Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an
    emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours’ notice, for normal maintenance

Items Left Behind

  • Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen.

Liability

  • Host shall not be liable to guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property

Limitation of Liability

  • In the event where StayHere is found to be liable to you, to the maximum extent permitted by law, StayHere’s liability shall be limited, at our sole option, to either of the following:
    • Resupply of the products/services
    • Payment in lieu to the cost of resupplying the products/services
    • Without prejudice to the above, the total aggregate liability of StayHere to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss or damage of any kind shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the maximum sum of MYR 5,000.00 only.

Loss of Use

  • Guest agrees to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules.

Changing of Locks

  • Guest shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware under any circumstances
